We got great value for our money at Hotel U Suteru. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location was unbeatable, with everything within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

It's 10 mins walk to the center. There's Bageterie Boulevard serving quick orders around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, it had parking nearby: D

Convenient location, close to attractions. Room overlooks lively street with occasional noise. Separate toilet and sink for extra guest. Bathroom has handheld shower over hip bath, no screen. Limited assistance with luggage. Friendly and cheerful host. Great for exploring the city on foot.

The hotel's location was great for walking around the city and it was easy to access the tube station and trams. We were able to explore all the main sights with ease. The rooms were sparklingly clean and had cute little stained glass windows, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. We also appreciated the amenities like the safe, fridge, and complimentary bottle of coke. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with any questions or requests we had during our stay. The breakfast provided at this hotel was delicious and satisfying. We enjoyed a variety of continental options like cereal, bread, and cheese, along with a hot selection of scrambled eggs, bacon.
That the room we stayed in was quite small and felt cramped, especially when trying to open our suitcases. However, it didn't greatly impact our overall experience at this hotel.

Situated in quiet street but within 5 minutes walk to centre, metro and trams.

The location is great, so close to many things in the city. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Evening check in can be tricky, front desk is only open until 8pm, and the restaurant next door where you can check in until 11pm was a little awkward. Lugging heavy bags up all those stairs can be a chore also.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel was tastefully decorated and the rooms were spacious. We especially liked the fact that we could come and go as we pleased. Furthermore, the hotel was located close to many great restaurants and cafes, as well as a metro station and tram stops. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast that was included in our room price, which offered a variety of options.
We did have some minor issues during our stay. The lack of an elevator might be problematic for some guests, as the stairs can be quite steep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, which was not always convenient. Nonetheless, these issues did not detract from our overall experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Big, clean, and comfortable room, with sofa, tv, a little table with chairs (my room was at first floor). No elevator. A bottle of water and coke free of charge is a fantastic idea for people who arrived by evening. The position of the hotel is wonderful, between Vaclav square, National theatre and Betlemska chapel. Breakfast is good. Internet connection in the hall (no wi-fi, but one computer available for guests), Tea free of charge for everyone. Everything was perfect, including the price. When I go back to Prague I will be there again for sure.

Quaint and charming hotel full of historical character. Rooms were clean and spacious, with lovely windows and a small bathroom with a bathtub. The continental breakfast was delightful and enough to get you started in the morning. Best of all, the location was fantastic with easy access to all the main sites of the city and a diverse range of restaurants nearby.
No air conditioning meant the rooms were quite warm during the hotter days of our stay, but the hotel staff provided us with a new fan to make the room more comfortable. It was a bit of a workout to get up to the rooms, as there was no elevator, but it added to the charm of the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city center and I must say, it was a delightful experience. the hotel's value for money was unbeatable. In comparison to other similar hotels, the prices were incredibly reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. From the clean and comfortable room with a queen bed and a TV with a minibar, to the clean bathroom with all the necessary amenities, everything was just perfect. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the breakfast was included in the room rate. Not only was the breakfast delicious, with a nice hot food options and a variety of dishes, but it saved me money as well!
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find a single fault.
